A Devious Conundrumm, lo I did Behold upon Attending Soiree proffered by Newe Amsterdam's PETITE NOBLES. Was this (white dress on right in below phosphorgraph) the WORST DRESS to grace a Woman at any Party or Function in this VAST City that Night, or was I the VICTIM of a Modern Ironical Jest of the most CLEVERE DESIGN?

To be noted, it was Later Dicovered through Fate and Coincidence, that SHE who did don said Raiment was OFTEN seen Wearing the "LATEST", thus Tipping-th'-Scales Towards the Latter Option. I remain Flummoxed.
